Hosting Criteria:
To host a PowHER Hour, the following requirements must be met:
- Event must be co-branded and co-marketed with Women Leaders in Sports.
- Must be hosted by a current/active member or partner (although non-members are welcome to the event and encouraged to come!)
- Host must create an RSVP form and share event information with Women Leaders post-event.
- A minimum of 3–4 weeks notice is required to provide deliverables.
As the Host, You Will:
- Determine the date, time, and location of the event.
- Manage the registration/RSVP process and share links with Women Leaders.
- Target and market the event to women in your area using your network and a list provided by Women Leaders.
- Share a full list of registrants, RSVPs, and attendees with Women Leaders following the event.
- Help us stay connected by sharing a list of registrants and attendees with Women Leaders after the event.
The Women Leaders Team Will:
- Amplify your posts by resharing on Women Leaders' social media channels.
- Design a custom graphic for use in email and social promotions.
- Provide email language and messaging to help you spread the word.
- Share a list of Women Leaders members in your area for further outreach and promotion.
- Send a PowHER Hour Kit including coasters, bracelets, and pennants.
- Feature your event on the Women Leaders website event listings.
