My apologies if this is not allowed. Please let me know, and I will remove the post.

    Hello,

I am currently recruiting participants for my doctoral dissertation study on marginalization practices that impact diversity in senior leadership positions. The study examines how senior administrators with unique intersecting identities navigate the power relations in the intercollegiate athletic pipeline.

Potential participants must be classified as Senior Administrators at their respective NCAA Division I institutions.

Should you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete the following data collection methods: a virtual survey for screening purposes (10-20 minutes), a life mapping exercise (15-20 minutes), and a one-on-one Zoom interview (45-75 minutes). During these activities, you will be asked:

    • Demographic questions,
    • Experiences where identities were supported or limited throughout your career,
    • Coping strategies, and
    • If and how you have channeled your agency for change

All information will remain confidential through the use of a pseudonymization method.

If you're interested, you can go ahead and follow the link to the 10-question survey below. If not, I would appreciate your help in getting the word out by passing this on to anyone you think might be interested.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you in advance!
