Tanya,
This is a great question, and I believe at some point we have all asked ourselves whether we are still on the right career path. Last semester was especially challenging as we navigated and adapted to the constantly evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.
What has helped me most during that time was being intentional about regrouping, taking time to reflect, reset, and create space for clarity. Through prayer/meditation, quiet reflection, and speaking positive affirmations over my purpose, I've been able to remind myself why I chose this work and the impact it allows me to make.
In seasons of change and uncertainty, I've learned the importance of reconnecting to your "why," focusing on what you can control, and trusting the path you've been called to. Those moments of pause have helped reaffirm that I am still aligned and moving in the right direction.
I appreciate you raising this; it's an important conversation, and one many of us can relate to.
Have a wonderful day!

Let's think about how we handle the inevitable changes in our lives. Whether it's at home or at work, planned or unplanned. What's a recent change you went through in your life, and how did you handle it?
