    JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Venue Programming will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of revenue‑generating events at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and the Truman Sports Complex. This role will oversee the full event pipeline, develop innovative programming, manage cross‑departmental teams, maintain key industry relationships, and ensure elevated, cohesive event and hospitality experiences for Arrowhead Events and the Kansas City Chiefs.
