    Good afternoon, Women Leaders,💚💙
    I hope all is well, and Happy New Year! I hope you were able to get some much-needed rest over the break and are feeling rejuvenated as we begin the Spring 2026 semester.
    First, I would like to introduce my co–Circle Lead, Tanya Colon. Please join me in welcoming her to the circle! We are excited to have her leadership and perspective.

    Hello Business and Admin Ops Circle members. 

    My name is Tanya Colón, and I am a co-lead for this community with Genese.  I am currently the Assistant AD, Finance Administration for Yale Athletics and have been in this role for the past year.  I am excited to take this journey with you all in 2026 as we continue this platform of learning, meaningful conversations, and connections with each other.  Where do we plan to be by the end of 2026? 💚💙
