Hello Facilities & Events Circle!
I wanted to follow up after our first Circle Call of the year. Thank you to those who were able to join us! It was great connecting and learning ways we can support the Circle this year. I want to take what we talked about in the call and extend it to our whole Circle.
We tooks some time to talk about our professional goals for 2026 and ways in which we can support each other. Some goals mentioned centered around improving communication and transperencey with their teams, supporting new and younger staff, learning new roles and taking owenership of work, and connecting with others through Women Leaders to grow their industry knowlege.
We invite everyone in the Circle to use this thread to share their 2026 professional goals. We would love to see what everyone is working on and we encourge you to help each other in achiving these goals.
