Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Swim & Dive Coach will lead all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III men's and women's swimming and diving program, including coaching, recruiting, scheduling, budgeting, fundraising, and team travel. This position also oversees the daily operation and management of the Fredonia State Natatorium, including facility scheduling, staffing, safety compliance, and coordination with campus and community users. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to NCAA, conference, and institutional standards while contributing to the broader athletic department and university community.
