POSITION PURPOSE The Assistant Athletic Director serves as a strategic leader within the Department of Athletics and plays a vital role in supporting student-athlete success and institutional integrity. This position oversees NCAA Division III and Northwest Conference compliance programs, including recruiting, eligibility, financial aid, and playing and practice season regulations. The Assistant Athletic Director partners with coaches and campus departments to ensure compliance with NCAA and institutional policies while supporting recruiting, student-athlete retention, and department operations. Additional responsibilities include game-day administration, student-athlete programming, Title IX initiatives, and campus engagement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ or more years of administrative experience in intercollegiate athletics or a related field. • OR a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
