The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach assists in the development, implementation, and daily operations of a competitive NCAA Division III women’s lacrosse program. This position supports all aspects of the student-athlete experience, including athletic and personal development, recruiting, competitive preparation, program administration, and operational management. The Assistant Coach contributes to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture while upholding the mission and values of the institution, department, and NCAA.
