Happy Friday everyone! Hope everyone is getting some relaxation time in this summer as this is a "down" time for a lot of us! I wanted to start a thread to talk through new facility and/or event related initiatives everyone has worked on in the past year whenever their "off-season" is. Might be a great way to share ideas and give some shout outs!

I'm going to start with one to get it going - our guest services team has been working hard over the past two years switching from plastic wristbands to scannable RFID wristbands in all our premium areas. It's helped protect us against fraud and was rolled out in a way that kept the process smooth and easy for our guests!

I would love to hear more about this change and how the new process works! We've got wristbands for two of our premium areas (stacked on top of each other) so the entry process can definitely get backed up making sure we're giving guests the correct wristbands for their area.
