Happy Wednesday!
I've been reading Brené Brown's new book, Strong Ground, and I've found her insights on culture change both timely and relevant to the work we are doing. One of the key takeaways that resonates with me is the idea that strong cultures are built intentionally, through clarity of values, consistent leadership behaviors, accountability, and the courage to have honest conversations.
Below is a video of Brene speaking about Leading with Courage in a sit-down interview.
