Welcome to the Mental Health in Sports Circle!

Purpose: The Mental Health in Sports Circle will discuss the importance of mental health within the realm of athletes and sports. Everyone needs a healthy mind, body, and spirit. This group focuses on questions, concerns, training, education and best practices being used within sports to help destigmatize mental health and improve the care of those entrusted to our teams and programs.

If you are looking to hire, please post your job on the Women Leaders Job Board for inclusion in this Circle and the weekly Job Alert email. We appreciate you posting your job with us! This directly supports our mission to help match qualified women with great career opportunities in sports!

CIRCLE LEADS:

Janet Finlayson, Lead Psychologist - Employee Mental Health / MN Twins, Premier Sport Psychology

Nikki Trammell, Asst. AD of Mental Health and Wellness, Wayne State University
