The Director, Business Operations leads all commercial and business functions for the New York Sirens, owning revenue generation, fan experience, and local market execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategy across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, PR, and community engagement, while leading a team of 10-15 staff members. A key leader within the PWHL, this individual is responsible for growing the audience, maximizing revenue, and delivering exceptional on- and off-ice experiences in the New York market; all while operating as a collaborative, one-team partner to the broader league.
