Washington and Lee University seeks to hire an Assistant Coach to serve as a shared coach for the men’s and women’s cross-country and track & field teams, with primary responsibility for distance athletes during the track seasons. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position reporting to the Head Cross Country Coaches. In this role, the Assistant Coach is expected to embrace the Washington and Lee University philosophy by supporting the academic success of student-athletes and fostering strong character, leadership, and citizenship in both competition and everyday life.
